This kit completely transforms how your JLU works as a system. Engineered to ensure the front and rear suspension complement each other, it delivers a balanced, predictable platform on the trail while remaining controlled and stable on the road.
The double-triangulated rear suspension provides smooth articulation with no binding and an optimized anti-squat range that keeps the tires driving into the ground for consistent traction, without excessive anti-squat that can make the vehicle feel unsettled.
Designed around true 18” coilovers, the system utilizes through-hood and through-tub shock towers to unlock maximum usable travel. This configuration allows for extreme articulation while delivering an aggressive, purpose-built stance.
All fabrication, setup, and final installation is performed in-house to ensure correct geometry, proper clearances, and long-term reliability. This is a complete, professionally installed system, not a mail-order parts kit.

- Custom exhaust modification as required for proper clearance
- Extended brake lines matched to final suspension travel
- Custom-length front and rear driveshafts
- All required mounting tabs, brackets, trusses, gussets, and installation hardware
- Complete in-house fabrication, installation, and final setup
Build & Installation Notes
- Factory fuel tank is removed and replaced with a GenRight or Motobilt fuel cell to allow proper triangulated rear suspension geometry
- Final link lengths, pinion angles, anti-squat, ride height, and shock valving are dialed in during in-house installation
- Designed for extreme off-road use while maintaining predictable on-road behavior
- Intended for serious trail rigs, high-travel builds, and competition-capable vehicles
